The Founder’s Commemoration Ceremony of Rajasinghe Central College, Hanwella was held successfully at the Main Auditorium on 25th May 2026, in conjunction with the celebration of the College’s 80th Anniversary.

The ceremony was graced by the Acting Principal, Mr. Dammika Bandara, Mr. H. D. Premasiri, Founder of Sarasavi Bookshop, members of the Past Pupils’ Association Committee, and senior students of the College.

The event was marked by a strong sense of pride and gratitude, honouring the vision and legacy of the founding figures of the institution.

As a key highlight of the occasion, the official website of the Past Pupils’ Association was launched, marking an important step towards strengthening alumni engagement and digital presence of the association.
